Technician’s Maintenance Tip:
The Ricoh MP C306/C307 series uses a "bottle-style" toner delivery system. Before installing your new 115g Magenta cartridge, it is important to ensure the toner is properly loosened.
Pro-Tip: Shake the cartridge horizontally 5 to 10 times before removing the seal and inserting it into the machine. This ensures the toner powder is aerated and flows smoothly into the developer unit. If the machine does not recognize the new cartridge immediately, check the Toner Supply Port for any old toner buildup that might be blocking the sensor.
