Technician’s Maintenance Tip:
When installing the PN7119 belt on C454/C554 models, it is essential to replace the ITB Cleaning Blade (A161R71300-Blade) at the same time. These high-speed machines generate more waste toner; a worn blade will quickly scratch the new belt surface. After installation, always run the "Image Stabilization" and "Color Registration" procedures in Service Mode to calibrate the machine to the new belt's thickness.
