Technician’s Maintenance Tip:
The VI and VII "i-Series" machines use a very high-torque imaging system. When installing this Korean Long Life Drum, you must ensure the Drum Cleaning Blade and the Charge Roller are replaced simultaneously. Using a worn blade on a new Korean drum will cause microscopic surface scratches, leading to premature failure.
Pro-Tip: After reassembling the drum unit, perform the "Graduation Adjustment" in the machine's Service Mode. This allows the ID sensors to calibrate to the specific light-reflection properties of the Korean coating, ensuring perfect color registration and density from the first page.
