Fuji Xerox ApeosPort-VI / VII C2271 / C3371 / C4471 Drum Cleaning Blade (CT351105)
Product Overview Maintain the elite color registration and clarity of your high-end Fuji Xerox MFP with our Premium Drum Cleaning Blade. Specifically engineered for the ApeosPort-VI and VII (including the "i" series) C2271, C3371, C4471, and C5571, this blade is the essential solution for rebuilding your CT351105 drum units.
As the imaging drum rotates at high speeds, this blade acts as a professional-grade squeegee, removing residual toner particles before the next image cycle. Designed to handle the unique properties of Super EA-Eco toner, our blade ensures a perfectly clean drum surface, preventing the vertical color lines and "dirty" backgrounds commonly associated with worn cleaning edges.
Key Features:
- Precision-Molded Polyurethane: Features a high-resilience cleaning edge that maintains a consistent seal against the OPC drum, preventing "toner bypass" even in high-humidity environments.
- VI & VII Generation Optimized: Fully compatible with the latest Fuji Xerox and Fujifilm Apeos engines, ensuring no mechanical "chatter" or noise.
- Low-Friction Coating: The blade edge is specially treated to reduce mechanical stress on the drum surface, helping you reach the full life cycle of your expensive CT351105 assembly.
- Universal Color Fit: Suitable for use in all four drum positions: Black (K), Cyan (C), Magenta (M), and Yellow (Y).

Technician’s Maintenance Tip:
The VI and VII series drums are highly sensitive. When installing the CT351105 blade, you must check the Drum Charge Roller for any toner buildup. A dirty charge roller will cause the drum to "over-attract" toner, putting excessive pressure on the new cleaning blade.
Pro-Tip: Always "prime" the new blade edge. Apply a light dusting of Yellow Toner or Kynar lubricant powder to the polyurethane edge before reassembling the unit. This prevents the blade from "sticking" to the clean drum surface upon the first rotation, which can lead to the blade flipping and permanently damaging the drum cylinder.
