Fuji Xerox ApeosPort-V C2263 / C2265 ITB Cleaning Blade (042K93912) – Compact Grade
Product Overview Maintain impeccable color purity and avoid messy transfer issues with our Premium Compact Grade ITB Cleaning Blade. Specifically designed for the Fuji Xerox ApeosPort-V and DocuCentre-V C2263 / C2265 series, this blade is the direct replacement for part number 042K93912.
Located within the Intermediate Transfer Belt (ITB) assembly, this blade acts as a professional-grade wiper, ensuring that 100% of residual toner is removed from the belt surface after every print cycle. Our Compact Grade material is selected for its superior flexibility and wear resistance, specifically tuned for the A4/A3 color engines of the V-Series.
Key Features:
- Compact Grade Polyurethane: Features a reinforced, high-precision edge that remains sharp and straight even after thousands of rotations against the transfer belt.
- Eliminates Ghosting & Streaks: Effectively solves the problem of "ghost images" or vertical color lines that occur when the ITB is not properly cleaned.
- Gentle on ITB Belts: Designed with the correct friction coefficient to clean the belt thoroughly without causing surface abrasion or premature belt wear.
- Perfect Fitment: Manufactured to the exact physical dimensions of the 042K93912 specification for a quick and secure installation.

Technician’s Maintenance Tip:
The V C2263/C2265 ITB assembly is a sensitive component. When installing the 042K93912 blade, always ensure you have emptied the Waste Toner Container and cleaned the entrance to the waste duct.
Pro-Tip: To prevent "blade flip" or damage to the ITB belt during the initial rotation, apply a very thin layer of Yellow Toner or Setting Powder along the entire edge of the new blade. This provides the necessary lubrication for the first few seconds of operation until the toner flow becomes consistent.
