Technician’s Installation Tip:
When installing the new 042K94851 blade, always apply a small amount of setting powder (Kynar/Yellow Toner) to the edge of the blade before rotating the belt. This prevents the "dry" blade from grabbing the belt and flipping, which can cause immediate damage to the new blade and the ITB unit.
