Canon iR-ADV C3320i / C3325 / C3330 Drum Cleaning Blade (NPG-67 / GPR-53)
Product Overview Maintain the professional color standards of your Canon multifunction printer with our Premium Drum Cleaning Blade. Specifically engineered for the Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3320i, C3325, and C3330 series, this blade is a direct replacement for the cleaning component within the NPG-67 (Asia) and GPR-53 (US/EU) drum units.
A worn cleaning blade is the primary cause of vertical lines and "color dragging" on your documents. Our blade features a high-resilience polyurethane edge that provides a perfect squeegee effect, ensuring the OPC drum is 100% clean of residual toner before the next image cycle begins.
Key Features:
- Precision Polyurethane Edge: Manufactured with an abrasion-resistant polymer that maintains a sharp, straight edge to effectively wipe Canon V2 toner particles.
- Stable Pressure Design: Engineered to the exact tension requirements of the NPG-67 housing, preventing "blade chatter" and noisy operation.
- Universal Color Fit: This blade is compatible with all four color drum units: Black (K), Cyan (C), Magenta (M), and Yellow (Y).
- Cost-Efficient Maintenance: Allows for a high-quality rebuild of the original drum unit, significantly reducing your cost-per-page compared to buying a full OEM assembly.

Technician’s Maintenance Tip:
The Canon NPG-67/GPR-53 drum unit is a compact assembly. When replacing the cleaning blade, it is essential to check the Waste Toner Auger at the back of the unit. If the waste toner isn't being pulled away, the new blade will fail immediately.
Pro-Tip: Always "prime" the new blade. Apply a light dust of Yellow Toner or Setting Powder along the entire cleaning edge before reassembly. This prevents the blade from sticking to the dry OPC drum and "flipping" during the first rotation, which can permanently damage the drum and the blade holder.
